James Seol is a Lead Executive Coach with GK Training. He brings a grounded, practical approach to communication coaching, shaped by years of experience working with global clients across law, finance, and tech. His work is hands-on and experiential — whether in group trainings or one-on-one sessions, James helps professionals across career levels become more effective, intentional communicators.
His areas of specialty include sales training, presentation strategy, cross-cultural influence, interview performance, and giving and receiving feedback. Drawing on his background in performance and psychology, James teaches clients how to adapt their style, read the room, and lead conversations with purpose and precision.
Before joining GK, James built a successful acting career, with leading roles on Broadway, Off-Broadway, and on screen with the USA Network and Netflix. He earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia and an MFA from the Juilliard School.
